About Consolidated Environmental, Inc.

About Consolidated Environmental, Inc.

CEI- The company was founded in 1984 and continues to provided remediation, restoration, and retrofit services.

Three years ago, Davidge Warfield OPMP CMH CMR joined the organization and the Energy Services Division was formed based on his pioneering efforts in the mastic sealing of exhaust systems. He pioneered one of the Fist NYSERDA exhaust retrofit services with Steven Winter Associates. He was awarded the pilot research ventilation project with NY DHCR for ten buildings thru the Weatherization project to ascertain the real world feasibility.

To date close over 75 multi-family buildings have been completed in the NYC area and CEI continues to be the leader in mastic sealing as opposed to pressurized fogging or sealing in the multi-family world as the advantage of no release of the fogging glue into the occupied areas via pressurization and no restriction on multiple unit access offer significant advantages.

Consolidated Environmental, Inc.(CEI) has been a leader in the environmental remediation industry since 1991. With headquarters in Fairfield, New Jersey, CEI proudly serves homes and businesses in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania areas. For more than ten years, CEI has been providing building owners, facility managers and homeowners with a wide range of mechanical hygiene and air duct cleaning services.

From the company's inception, our goal has been and continues to be "do the job right or don't do it at all." It is this philosophy and experience that separates CEI from its competition. With experience in industrial, commercial and residential environments, our highly qualified technicians are committed to 100% client satisfaction. And when the health of a building and its occupants is on the line, we can afford to do nothing less!
